Request for access to the B2B SHOP area
The site area dedicated to B2B is reserved for professionals in the sector who have requested access and have been explicitly authorized by Suerte.
To request access, the customer must fill in all the required fields of the B2B SHOP – REQUEST ACCESS, identified by the red asterisk section, and press the “Registration” button.
The registration request will be taken over by Suerte, who will decide in its sole discretion whether to approve it and confirm it to the Customer or not. In the case of approval, the Customer is required to keep the accesses secure from theft or loss and not to transfer them to third parties not explicitly authorized by Suerte. This obligation is linked to the direct responsibility of the Customer for the order requests and subsequent shipments by Suerte.
The B2B area is an additional service offered only to authorized customers. As such, Suerte has the right to modify the conditions of use, limit or eliminate access and content at any time and without notice.
Purchases made through the B2B area are intended as order requests.
Within the website could be used indistinctly terms such as “purchase”, “order request” and “order” that are all to be understood as requests by the customer who may or may not be approved by Suerte.
Suerte may freely decide not to confirm a purchase and provide for a return or exchange of goods, without any obligation to the customer or third parties.
The item prices within the B2B are shown in the respective costs of the articles.

When ordering, the shipping costs applied will also be indicated. Shipping costs are charged to the customer and will be added to the sum of the costs of the selected items.
Shipping and returns
Suerte uses multiple couriers, choosing the one that considers most appropriate for the type of order placed by the customer and the destination of the goods.
Suerte is not responsible for any disruptions related to shipments.
Any communication of wrong / missing or damaged / failed items must be reported to Suerte through the appropriate return procedure.
For each order made, viewable by pressing on your name at the top right and then in the “Orders” section of the left side menu, there is a “Request Reso” button that is available until the end of the current season. This means that for an item purchased in the Autumn / Winter season, it will be possible to request the return from 1 August to 31 January, while for an item purchased in the Spring / Summer season, the return can be requested from 1 February to 31 July.
